Sage Restaurant Group Promotes Marsh 
Denver-based multi-concept operator Sage Restaurant Group promoted David Marsh to senior vice president of operations. Marsh joined Sage in 2009 as general manager of food and beverage operations for the company’s Urban Farmer and Departure restaurants.
