Former PF Chang's executive to lead the Italian concept.

Rick Tasman, a 25-year veteran of the restaurant industry, is the new president and chief executive officer of Buca di Beppo.

Tasman was most recently the chief operating officer of PF Chang's China Bistro, a Chinese restaurant chain.
