Marc Spooner to take the helm at stadium.
Sports venue hospitality company Centerplate has named Marc Spooner executive chef of Tropicana Field.
Spooner will oversee culinary operations and menu development for all hospitality areas of the stadium in addition to special events held at the ballpark. Previously Spooner was with Great Performances, a New York City-based catering firm. He also served as executive chef for the Highlands Country Club in New York.
