Restaurant industry veteran Lex Berlin has joined Twin Peaks Restaurant as executive chef. He will work with John Franke, executive chef of Twin Peaks' parent company Front Burner Restaurants, to develop menu items and recipes that are in line with the regional chain's comfort food menu.
Berlin was the first head chef of Romano's Macaroni Grill before Brinker International turned it into one of its marquee chains. He managed the kitchen operation for the concept's expansion for eight years before becoming a culinary consultant. Berlin also founded Tio's Tortas, a gourmet fast-casual Mexican concept.
