National franchisor adds speciality dessert concept to its portfolio of foodservice brands.
Big Game Brands added Cowlicks Yogurt and Floats, a self-service frozen-yogurt-and-float operation, to its roster of franchised restaurant concepts. With its menu of frozen yogurt, toppings and fountain soft drinks, Cowlicks Yogurt and Floats serves the specialty dessert and snack segments of the foodservice industry.
At this time, Cowlicks Yogurt and Floats has one location, in Atlanta, with another location scheduled to open later this summer. Big Game Brands brought Josh Solomon on to lead the Atlanta location.
Other Big Game Brands concepts include Monkey Joe's Parties and Play, The Original Italian Pie and The Flying Biscuit.
