Max & Erma’s Sold, Gets New President

American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC (ABRH) has purchased Max & Erma's, a regional chain of casual dining restaurants. In addition, ABRH tapped Jeff Neely to lead Max & Erma's as its new president.
The Denver-based ABRH is the parent company for the Village Inn and Bakers Square restaurant chains and operates 261 locations in 25 states, including 175 company-owned units. Max & Erma's operates 52 company-owned and 26 franchised locations.
A 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry Neely began his career with Donatos Pizza. His background includes senior executive positions in operations, franchising and human resources for Domino's Pizza, Einstein Bros Bagels and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. Most recently Neely worked with ABRH's Village Inn restaurant chain.
