Structural Concepts Corp. awarded The Premier Marketing Group with its Rep of the Year award for outstanding commitment, total sales and overall performance, and it presented Ettinger-Rosini & Associates with the Inside Sales Award for 2009
Province restaurant in Chicago became the first in the city to earn certification as a LEED-CI Gold (Commercial Interiors) property based on some of its sustainable practices including regenerated carpet and chairs; a vegetable composting partnership; cork flooring and tabletops; bathrooms equipped with sound and motion sensors, and a menu that’s 80 percent organic, sustainable or biodynamic.
The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation today announced that more than $115,000 was raised at its 18th Annual Ted J. Balestreri Leadership Classic to benefit the NRAEF.
Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) awarded Champion Industrieswith the Americas Education Provider of the Year award for 2009 at the association’s annual conference in Minneapolis.
