Cini•Little hired two foodservice industry veterans: Carlos Arreola and Chuck Schuler to serve as associate project managers in Los Angeles and Kansas City, respectively. The hiring of Schuler now gives the company a presence in the Kansas City market.

Carlos ArreolaPrior to joining Cini•Little, Arreola was principal of his own foodservice design consulting firm. He has experience working with architects, owners and interior designers on hospitality projects. 

Chuck SchulerSchuler brings more than 27 years of foodservice management experience to Cini•Little’s management advisory services team. His experience includes restaurant operations and the management of large-volume convention centers and sports and entertainment venues. Prior to joining Cini•Little, Schuler held a senior management position in the corporate dining industry.
