Papa John’s Updated Organizational Structure Enhances Customer Focus

As part of an updated organizational structure, Papa John’s International appointed Mike Nettles to the newly created position of executive vice president, chief operating and growth officer. Nettles most recently served as Papa John’s senior vice president, chief information and digital officer.

In addition, Papa John’s has established dedicated roles to focus on each customer touch point and consolidated those roles under Nettles’ new position. Those positions include:

  • Justin Falciola was promoted to senior vice president, chief analytics and technology officer from vice president, global enterprise architecture.
  • Anne Fischer was promoted to senior vice president, customer experience from vice president, product management.
  • Paul Fabre was promoted to senior vice president, menu strategy and innovation from vice president, R&D and quality assurance.
  • Melissa Richards-Person was promoted to senior vice president, chief brand officer from vice president, global brand strategy and consumer connections.

Nettles has more than 28 years of restaurant industry and technology experience. He joined Papa John’s in 2017 as senior vice president, chief information and digital officer.
