Francis Mark Wade, a longtime member of the foodservice equipment industry, passed away on July 2, 2018. He was 76 years old.
Wade held a variety of leadership positions in the foodservice equipment industry, with manufacturers including Pitco, Cleveland Range, South Bend and Groen. In 1990 he founded independent manufacturers’ rep firm Jay Mark with three partners.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and MBA from Temple University. Wade is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served in the 1960s.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Maggie, sons Jason and Christopher, grandchildren Ava and Liam, and sister Martha Nan.
