Fork & Salad Names First Director of Operations

Lauren Mann is the inaugural director of operations and franchisee management for Fork & Salad, a Maui-based fast-casual restaurant concept. In her new role, Mann will oversee daily operations of all Fork & Salad locations and work with franchisees.

Mann has spent the last four years working with Fork & Salad owners Jaron Blosser, Travis Morrin, and Cody Christopher at their full-service restaurant concept, Three’s Bar and Grill. She was first hired as a restaurant manager, working her way up to the corporate management level.
