QDOBA Mexican Eats named Keith Guilbault as chief executive officer. Guilbault served as QDOBA’s brand president and chief operating officer since 2016. 

Prior to leading QDOBA, Guilbault held a series of executive leadership positions at Jack in the Box, which previously owned the Mexican-themed restaurant chain.

QDOBA also named Susan Daggett its chief financial officer, effective May 23. Her background includes working with such restaurant chains as Noodles & Company, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group and Arby’s.
