Culinary Management Company Elior North America named Joseph Vaughn vice president of operations for its Valley Services division. In his new role, Vaughn will manage more than 100 of the Valley Services division’s healthcare, business dining and education accounts, which include colleges and academies.

Vaughn’s background includes serving as director of food services for the LA Unified School District. Before working with LA Unified School District, Vaughn was the executive director for food and nutrition services for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
