Pride Centric Resources made four updates to its management team.

Following is a summary of the changes, including the individuals filling those roles and their areas of responsibility for the Colorado-based dealer-owned buying cooperative in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.

• Tom Weiss is senior vice president of vendor relations, leading the organization’s supply strategy and the liaison between the organization’s vendors and dealers. 
• Cathy Ellickson is senior vice president of dealer relations, focusing on dealer development and acquisition.
• Lisa Norgard is director of online strategy for Pride’s digital sales initiatives and will develop an online strategy for the organization and its individual dealers. 
• Jonah Hepting is senior marketing manager in charge of all cooperative and individual dealer advertising projects.
