Former Pei Wei Asian Diner executive assumes leadership role for the Los Angeles-based fast-casual concept.

Lemonade Restaurant Group named Ame Hull chief operations officer for the Los Angeles-based fast-casual restaurant company serving seasonal California cuisine across 28 locations. Hull joins Lemonade Restaurant Group from Pei Wei Asian Diner where she served in dual roles as both regional vice president of operations and vice president of operations services for 205 Pei Wei locations.

Prior to joining Pei Wei Asian Diner, Hull spent 20 years with BJ’s Restaurant Inc., where she held a variety of positions including senior vice president of operation services and talent development.

In related news, the company also named Michael Nishi its chief financial officer.
