Fast-casual concept Noodles & Company named Brad West executive vice president – operations, effective Sept. 10. West becomes responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations.

West has more than 40 years of operations experience in the restaurant industry, most recently serving as vice president, operations of Smoothie King Franchisees. His background also includes leadership roles with ACG Pizza Partners, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, CEC Entertainment, Applebee’s International Franchisees and S&A Restaurant Corporation.
