Acquisition extends Vollrath’s product offerings for cooking equipment.

The Vollrath Company has acquired Belleco, a Maine-based manufacturer of conveyor toasters and ovens.

For the immediate future it will be business as usual, per a Vollrath release announcing the deal. The products will retain the Belleco name and manufacturing process, while sales and service will operate out of the company’s Saco, Maine facility. Before year’s end, all operations will transition to Vollrath’s Wisconsin headquarters.
