Restaurant industry veteran takes the reins of the casual dining chain.
Jerry Comstock was named president and COO for casual dining chain TGI Fridays.
Comstock has an extensive history as an owner and operator of restaurants, including 27 TGI Fridays. He also served as CEO of Strategic Restaurants Corporation. Comstock also held leadership roles at Bennigan’s, Wherehouse Music and AutoNation.
In a related announcement, TGI Fridays introduced Stephanie Perdue as chief marketing officer.
