Chipotle Mexican Grill hired Jim Slater as managing director in Europe to oversee the brand’s European business.
Slater’s background includes working with European brand Costa Coffee, which includes 2,200 stores in the U.K. and Ireland, as well as Bombay Sapphire Gin.
