Remembering Milton Schwartz

Advance Tabco’s Milton Schwartz passed away on July 9. He was 85 years old.

Schwartz started with Advance Tabco in the late 1950s, following his father and uncle into the business. While he never took a title, Schwartz’s vision and insight fueled the company’s growth during his tenure. He retired in 2002 and today the family’s third generation runs the business and the fourth generation is working at the company, too.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years and business partner Alice; 5 children; 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Donations in Schwartz’s memory can be made to the Jewish Association for Residential Care, 21160 95th Avenue South, Boca Raton, Fla., 33428.
