Romano's Macaroni Grill Prepares to Move

Romano's Macaroni Grill plans to relocate its home office/restaurant support center to Denver by April 2017.

In March of last year, the casual dining chain was acquired by Redrock Partners, which is located in Denver. One goal of this transition is to provide the owners with greater access to the business.

This is not the first time Romano's Macaroni Grill has moved offices. In fact, it was "the case on both previous occasions when Mac Grill was acquired," said John Gilbert, president and CEO of Macaroni Grill in a statement announcing the move.

Each of the company's more than 50 support center employees has been invited to make the move, and relocation assistance will be made available to make the transition as smooth as possible, according to the statement. For those who choose not to move, the company will provide assistance in finding a new job and will provide a full year to do so.

Macaroni Grill has more than 135 company-owned locations in 33 states, plus 25 franchise locations in the U.S. and 11 other countries: Mexico, Puerto Rico, Germany, Taiwan, Japan and the Middle East (Egypt, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.) In addition, Macaroni Grill has seven locations in Colorado.
