FEDA Installs New Officers, Board

The members of the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association (FEDA) elected new officers and a board of directors. Joe Schmitt of Marion, Iowa-based Rapids Wholesale Equipment was installed as president and Mason Greene of Jackson, Miss.-based Hotel & Restaurant Supply will serve as vice president.

Brad Pierce, Restaurant Equipment World, Orlando, Fla., now serves as FEDA’s chairman of the board.

FEDA also announced the following individuals were elected to two-year terms on its board of directors:
Andrew O’Quinn, Thompson & Little, Fayetteville, N.C.; Gawain Guy, C&T Design and Equipment, Indianapolis; Andy Wueste, Mission Restaurant Supply, San Antonio; and Tim Schrack, Hockenbergs, Omaha, Neb.

Those reelected to second two-year terms were: Gene Clark, Clark Foodservice Equipment, Lancaster, Pa.; David Ellingson, Bargreen Ellingson, Tacoma, Wash.; and Tom Wienclaw, TriMark/S.S. Kemp, Cleveland.

FEDA also recognized the following outgoing board members for their contributions to the association: Jameel Burkett, Burkett Restaurant Equipment, Toledo, Ohio; Jay Gulick, Curtis Restaurant Supply, Tulsa, Okla.; Patrice Hagan, R.W. Smith & Co., San Diego, Calif.; leGrande Steenblik, Restaurant & Store Equipment Co., Salt Lake City; and Brad Wasserstrom, The Wasserstrom Company, Columbus, Ohio.
