The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) has acquired Desmon Food Service Equipment Company, a Nusco, Italy-based manufacturer of blast chillers and refrigeration equipment for commercial kitchens.
Desmon has annual revenues of approximately $15 million, per a Middleby release.
