Remembering Vincent Guarriello

 

Vincent Guarriello, a former executive vice president for Blodgett Ovens, died on October 17. He was 93 years old.

After Blodgett was sold to Wellbuilt he continued as an executive consultant for the company. Guarriello was also a veteran of Marine Corps and served his country during World War II. In addition, Guarriello and his wife Mary were the founders of the Vincent S. Mastro Montessori Academy.

A visitation will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2014, at the John E Day funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, N.J. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at St. Agnes RC Church in Atlantic Highlands, N.J.

The family requests that donations be made to the Mary Mastro Guarriello Scholarship Fund, c/o Mastro Montessori Academy, 35 White Road, Shrewsbury, N.J.
