Former McAlister's deli president to assume similar role with the multi-concept operator.

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., announced Frank Paci will become the multi-concept operator's president and chief executive officer. Paci succeeds Michael Arthur who has filled the position on an interim basis since February 2014. Arthur will continue to serve as a board director for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

Paci most recently served as president and CEO at McAlister's Deli, a 300-plus unit fast-casual concept. Prior to McAlister's, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at The Pantry, Inc., a convenience store chain with more than 1,500 locations. Paci also held various general management, finance, and franchise sales positions with Pizza Hut and Burger King.
