Food and wine pro to work with dealer buying group ABC.

Michele Brooks has joined the sales team at Cardinal International, a manufacturer of tabletop items.

In her new role Brooks is responsible for specific accounts primarily overseeing the relationship with Allied Buying Corporation (ABC), a Lombard, Ill.-based foodservice equipment and supplies buying group, and its dealer members.

A professionally trained chef and wine expert, Brooks' background includes serving as an account director at Brand Communications and as a food and wine sales consultant at Crave Wine & Food.
