Vijayan Francis is the new executive chef for Park Kitchen, a contemporary American restaurant and lounge at Park Central Hotel New York. Chef Francis, most recently of Essex House in NYC, brings more than 20 years of professional culinary experience to Park Kitchen.
Francis replaces Chef Nathaniel Eckhaus.
