Schaibly joins the multi-unit operator as director of culinary.

First Watch, a breakfast, brunch and lunch chain, named Shane Schaibly its director of culinary/corporate chef. Schaibly is now responsible for the implementation of all culinary initiatives and limited time only projects for First Watch. He will also focus on First Watch's on menu strategy, recipe development, ingredient sourcing, product forecasting and procurement.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Schaibly previously served as a corporate chef for Front Burner Brands, a multi-concept operator of such restaurant chains as The Melting Pot, Burger 21 and GrillSmith. Schaibly also holds the current Guinness Book of World Records record for the World's Largest Cheese Fondue Set, according to a company release.
