Trio of restaurant veterans named to director positions for operations, training and business development.

American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), operator and franchisor of Dick's Wings & Grill restaurants, added a trio of industry veterans to its management team: Mark Janasik, director of operations, Sandi Holley, director of training and quality assurance and Michael Small, director of business development.

In his new role, Janasik will look to drive supply chain efficiencies and improvements to restaurant operations throughout the company's franchise system. He most recently served as a franchise partner for Taqueria del Sol.

As the company's first head of training and quality assurance, Holley oversees the training systems American Restaurant Concepts uses with each of its franchisees. She began her career with the company more than 10 years ago as the comptroller and general manager of multiple Dick's Wings franchises and most recently served as the owner and operator of a franchisee in the greater Jacksonville, Fla., area.

In his new role Small will help American Restaurant Concepts identify and open franchised locations in new markets throughout the country. His background includes serving as vice president of operations for Woody's Bar-B-Q and as a project manager for BUBBA Burger.
