Restaurant industry veterans Gee, Foster and Shackelford take on larger roles with the casual dining chain.
Mimi's Café promoted three executive-level operations leaders. Stuart Gee was promoted to vice president operations from central regional director of operations. In addition, Mike Foster and John Shackelford were promoted to western region vice president of operations and eastern region vice president operations, respectively.
Prior to joining Mimi's Café, Gee served as the vice president of central operations for T.G.I. Fridays.
Foster's past experience includes executive leadership roles with Elephant Bar Global Grill/Wok Kitchen, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Chevy's Fresh Mex and Paragon Restaurants. And Shackelford's prior experience includes working for Bob Evans.
