Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom named Mike Mrlik president and announced an overall effort to revitalize the brand and expedite franchise growth. As part of the refresh, the chain updated its service model and menu.
In addition, Old Chicago is updating the look of its restaurants. The tavern's new design includes light woods and clean metal accents.
Mrlik previously served as CEO of Mr. Gatti's and has several brand refreshes in his resume.
