Costner Becomes President of Mimi's Cafe

Le Duff completes the acquisition of the casual dining chain from Bob Evans.
Le Duff America named Phil Costner president of its newly acquired Mimi's Café chain of casual dining restaurants. Costner most recently served as president and COO of la Madeleine Country French Café.
The news came as Le Duff America, Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of Mimi's Café from Bob Evans Farms Inc. for $50 million, according to a company release.
Le Duff also announced it plans to make significant investments in the facilities and other aspects of Mimi's Café in order to revitalize the brand.
