Ali Group and chef veteran joins team. 


Moffat Inc. named Peter Carroll executive chef of Moffat US effective immediately.

Carrol has more than 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry, most recently as executive chef for International Traders, Inc., a master distributor in the chain restaurant segment. Prior to that, he worked Ali Group North America, serving in a variety of roles.
