Former executive chef for FINO and Asti joins national chain.
Alamo Drafthouse appointed Jason Donoho to the newly created position of research and development Chef.
In this role Donoho is responsible for the overall vision of the concept's menu. He will work as part of an expanded team of culinary talent driving Alamo Drafthouse's national food offerings, while regional and market chefs drive movie feast events, special programming related food offerings and local seasonal fare.
Donoho has been working in the food and beverage industry since the age of 12, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up the ranks. Before joining the Alamo Drafthouse, he worked in restaurants in San Juan, New York, San Francisco, Alaska, and Austin. As the Executive Chef of FINO and Asti, he polished his craft of menu creation.
