Industry vet takes on new role.

Cheddar's Casual Cafe named Peter Gaudreau its executive vice president of operations.

Gaudreau previously served as vice president of operations for FREEBIRDS, a fast-casual burrito concept. His restaurant industry background includes working with Napa Valley Grill, California Cafe and McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant.
