Remembering Erwin Shakin

AllPoints founder passed away Christmas Eve.

Erwin Shakin, founder of Consolidated Restaurant Services, established in 1951 in Chicago, and Consolidated Commercial Controls, now known as AllPoints Foodservice, passed away on December 24. He was 83 years old.

Shakin is survived by his wife Phyllis, sons Marc, Gary and daughter Laura.
