Corner Bakery Adds Pair to Franchise Team

Booras and Koffler join the fast-casual restaurant chain as directors of franchise sales.

Fast-casual chain Corner Bakery Café named Nick Booras and Gregg Koffler directors of franchise sales.

Booras brings seven years of restaurant franchising experience to the company, most recently working with Boston Pizza Restaurants. Koffler joins Corner Bakery with six years of hospitality franchise experience having worked with U.S. Franchise Systems, Global Hyatt and then Wyndham Worldwide.

The addition of Booras and Koffler supports Corner Bakery's plan to more than double its footprint in the United States during the next four years. The fast-casual chain is targeting the following markets for franchise development over the next four years: Portland, Ore.; Sacramento, Calif.; Minneapolis; Boston; Madison, Wis.; Indianapolis; Orlando, Fla.; Pittsburgh; Little Rock, Ark.; Oklahoma City; Tulsa, Okla.; and Omaha, Neb.
