Remembering Tech-24's Victor Curbean

Victor Curbean, an employee of Tech-24, a Virginia-based service agent, passed away from heart failure on July 18. He was 40 years old.

He is survived by his wife Terri and five children: Victor Jr., Jaszmyn, Shayla, Alonzo and Anderson.

Tech-24 is raising money during the month of August to help provide education assistance to his five children. After funds have been collected, Tech-24 will give each child a 529 College Fund.
