Grindmaster-Cecilware Appoints Ibrahim and Dudding to Executive Posts

Pair assumes positions as senior vice president of operations and CFO, respectively.

Grindmaster-Cecilware Corporation named Nestor Ibrahim its new senior vice president of operations. Ibrahim previously served as president of Middleby Corp.'s Star Holdings Division. Grindmaster-Cecilware also named David Dudding its chief financial officer.

In his new role, Ibrahim is responsible for all operational functions of the company including manufacturing, supply chain and industrial engineering.

Ibrahim also held other executive positions at Middleby Corporation including president of the Southbend Division and vice president of corporate supply chain. Prior to his experience at Middleby, Ibrahim spent a number of years at Stainless Inc./Franke, Inc. as the vice president of materials management and global corporate procurement.

In his new role, Dudding is responsible for all of the manufacturer's financial matters and will play a key role in determining business strategy, according to a company release.
