Florida Club Names Laudia Executive Chef

Club chef veteran takes on new role.

Dominick Laudia, CEC, AAC, is the new executive chef for the Boca Grove Golf and Tennis Club in Boca Raton, Fla.

A culinary veteran with more than three decades of experience, Laudia has worked in a number of prestigious clubs in New York and Florida. Laudia currently serves as president of the American Culinary Federation Palm Beach County Chefs Association, and has been awarded more than 20 culinary competition medals from the American Culinary Federation.
