Einstein Noah Updates Operations Group

Trio of regional vice presidents to share COO responsibilities on an interim basis.

Emmanuel Hilario has resigned from his post as chief operating officer for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. The multiconcept operator has decided to hold off on filling this position until the company names a permanent president and chief executive officer — a role Michael Arthur is filling on an interim basis.

Hilario will depart the company after assisting with the transition of his responsibilities to the three regional vice presidents of operations that will handle them in the interim.

Hilario joined Einstein Noah in 2010 as chief financial officer before becoming COO.
