Glen and Heinsohn earn promotions from the breakfast and lunch concept.
The Egg and I Restaurants, a breakfast and lunch concept, promoted Robert Glen and Brandon Heinsohn to newly created regional vice president posts.
Glen previously served as director of operations for Denver, Knoxville and Nashville. He joined the Egg & I in 2007 after working with several other casual dining concepts.
Heinsohn, who joined the company in 2011, previously served as director of operations for San Antonio and Austin. In his new role Heinsohn is responsible for all aspects of operations for The Egg and I Restaurants managed by parent company E&I Holdings on behalf of its largest Texas-based franchisee, Mac Haik Enterprises.
In other news, The Egg and I promoted Jan Barnett to vice president of marketing from director of marketing.
