Studio Innovation: Hear about the latest innovations and new product introductions from Manitowoc Ice, Frymaster, Jackson, Convotherm, Garland and Merrychef. As an extra exclusive, FE&S Editor-in Chief Joe Carbonara will host a special session on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. titled “Talk with Industry Partners.” He’ll do LIVE interviews with an operator, dealer, consultant and service agent on topics including emerging foodservice technology needs, the importance of proper equipment installation and maintenance, and the role E&S can play in creating a more healthful, sustainable foodservice environment.
