Blast chillers and shock freezers offer plug-and-play capability with a standard 115 volt, 15 amp electrical outlet. The reach-in units have the refrigeration system and controller located above the cabinet in a no spill/splash zone. The roll-in units can be purchased as a stand-alone model or built into a walk-in.
