Heat-Wave Merchandisers display menu items while keeping them warm until served. Single and double shelf models are available in 24-, 30-, 36- and 48-inch widths. Adjustable divider rods allow flexibility of multiple products and sizes. Infrared top heaters and heated bases are thermostatically controlled to maintain temperatures and extend holding times of hot food.
