Cold Pan Display Boxes keep food cool in food bars, buffet tables and beverage dispensing areas. The boxes have a stainless steel housing and offer a choice of hinged lids. Cooling inserts freeze for eight hours or overnight, so food stays chilled at or below 40 degrees F for up to six hours. Six models are available.
