Trailered ovens are a mobile stone hearth oven solution for catering and special events. The Bistro 4355 provides 9.2 square feet of cooking surface, while the Mt. Adams 5' has 15 square feet of cooking surface. Gas-fired, wood-fired or combination fuel configurations are available.
