Sauté Station range tops mount on a refrigerated or freezer base with cold rail. The unit is available in three, four, five or six sealed burner configurations, with each burner giving off 24,000 BTUs of heat. Each burner mounts on a stainless steel bowl for ease of cleaning. The removable drawers of the refrigerated or freezer base accommodate 6-inch deep hotel pans, and drawer slides can withstand 275 pounds.
