The Cayenne HD Gas Thermostatic Griddle has thermostatic controls and an embedded thermostatic probe positioned 3/16 of an inch from the cooking surface. Stainless steel burners and a stainless exterior help guard against corrosion. Burners are placed 12 inches apart, and the unit has a 24-inch cooking surface depth.
