New model 270 cooking oil tester tracks the lifecycle of cooking oil used in foodservice operations. The system displays both percent of Total Polar Material and temperature on a bright backlit display as well as signals an audible and visual alarm when thresholds are exceeded. Kits include the 270 meter, TopSafe with hand strap, calibration reference oil, batteries and aluminum carry case.
